Some analysis
- 1&1 does offer a 30 day money back guarantee however it seems to go to great lengths to disguise that fact (it’s only really mentioned in its terms and conditions);
- Strictly speaking, we interpret A2 Hosting’s money back guarantee as 30 days (albeit we record it as “anytime”). If you take advantage of its “anytime” guarantee you’ll receive a prorated refund i.e. you’ll only be refunded for what you haven’t used;
- We’re unsure about InMotion’s 90 days money back guarantee. They mention a $50 cancellation fee in their terms and conditions however they don’t state whether this applies to the money back guarantee;
- Dreamhost’s money back guarantee is only valid if you’ve paid by credit card i.e. other forms of payment aren’t covered; and
